EXPERIENCE |After graduating from the University of Michigan, Jenifer began her career at Henry Ford Health System as an intern in the Service Excellence Department, where she focused on initiatives to enhance the customer care experience. She joined the HAA team in 2018 as a Senior Small Group Renewal Analyst in the Retention Department, applying her service background to strengthen relationships with producers and improve renewal processes. Now in her role as a Large Group Retention Consultant, Jenifer draws on her extensive experience to support our producer partners in retaining groups with 50+ members enrolled in HAP.
