Quoting & New Business
Small Group Quote Requests
(2-50 Full Time Eligible)
Simply email your small group opportunity to proposals@haaweb.net and your quote will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Check out the New Business Quote Request Form found on our website. The form will help guide you through the request and offers an overview of the current small group portfolio.
Large Group Quote Requests
(51-99 Full Time Eligible )
All large group opportunities can be sent to largegroupquotes@hap.org. The 51+Quote Request Form found on our website provides all the information you need to submit large group quote requests.
New Business Enrollment
Upon completion of sale, enrollment paperwork can be sent to newbusiness@haaweb.net. Paperwork will be reviewed promptly and our new business team will inform you every step of the way – from submission to approval. Our notifications include:
Paperwork received
Any missing information preventing us from submitting the case to HAP will be communicated within 24 business hours of receipt
Paperwork has been submitted to HAP for review
Group approval
Benefits and membership loaded – our team conducts a past enrollment audit to make sure all information on HAP systems is accurate and correct
ID cards have been generated
Service

General questions and support
HAA has dedicated resources to review, submit and confirm membership additions, terminations or changes. Please send membership request to membership@haaweb.net. All requests are reviewed and submitted to HAP within 24 hours of receipt. Once the request is completed and reflected on the HAP system, a confirmation notification will be sent.
Renewal
Small Group Renewals
(2-50 Full Time Equivalents)

Our team will work closely with you to make sure your group renews in the plan(s) that best suit their needs. The renewal process starts 120 days before the renewal date. HAA maintains communication throughout the process, and will make sure your group stays track until the renewal is complete. All small group renewal information can be sent to renewals@haaweb.net.
Large Group
(51-99 Full Time Equivalents)

Our Agent Consultant team will request your renewal form underwriting 90 days prior to the renewal date. The renewal will be generated and provided between 60 and 90 days prior to the renewal date. The assigned Agent Consultant will work directly with you to obtain any alternative requests and consult on the best HAP plan options for your client.
Field Support
HAA representatives can provide product and service support by accompanying you on open enrollment and renewal meetings. Our team can also assemble open enrollment kits to communicate important and valuable information at renewal time.
