He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in both service and sales capacities, including John Hancock, Prudential, and Aetna. Joining the HAA team in 2015 and working in what he considers the most rewarding time of his career, Michael utilizes the valuable experience and training he has gained across market segments and product lines.
SPECIALTY | Although the industry landscape has changed dramatically over the past few decades, one of the few constants is, and always will be, service. While there are certain things we can’t control – such as pricing/renewal increase, we can certainly control the service aspect and that is what we are most proud of.
