EXPERIENCE | Miranda brings a professional background in human resources and, more recently, sales coordination, where she demonstrated strong customer service skills. She is passionate about supporting and caring for people, combining empathy with a commitment to service excellence. Miranda holds a Master’s in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, providing her with a strong academic foundation. Her experience and education make her an excellent fit for the Retention role, where she will work closely with our producer partners to retain groups with 50+ members enrolled in HAP.
