EXPERIENCE | Nikki began her career as an enrollment consultant, moving into roles as a renewal consultant, agent consultant and team leader. As a team leader, Nikki worked with the team to ensure our agent partners received a superior experience working with HAA. Well versed in both the small and large group markets, Nikki is HAA’s Director of Retention, where she applies the knowledge and experience she has gained to support HAA’s agents to in retaining their business with HAP.
