EXPERIENCE | Nikki joined HAA with a strong customer service background working in hospitality and patent law prior to obtaining her producer license. She has 9 years of industry experience starting in the PEO space and spending the past 7 years working alongside producers with her positions ranging from analyst to account executive. In her role as a new business relationship consultant, she will support our producers through the implementation process for all small group new business.
